Your Rights

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and maintain account security
  • Use authentic metrics and avoid fake engagement
  • Respect intellectual property rights and copyright
  • Comply with FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content
  • Treat other users professionally and respectfully

Programs and Payments

  • Program-specific briefs define compensation, cycles, caps, eligibility, and content rights
  • Brands fund one shared brand wallet; campaign budgets are not separate escrow accounts
  • Where offered and enabled, automatic recharge may fund that wallet from a saved payment method under the full Terms
  • Unreviewed submissions may auto-approve after 72 hours only when status and funding rules are satisfied
  • Cycle-based rewards may settle at cycle close and use a four-day review hold after an earning is created
  • Cash-prize leaderboards use eligible period views, engagement tie-breakers, and a frozen period-end ranking under the full Terms
  • Active brand invitations may exclusively scope a creator's Program feed until the creator unlinks

Platform Fees and Credits

  • Brand funding fee: 4% added to the wallet credit
  • Minimum brand funding: $100.00 USD before the funding fee
  • Creator fee: 10% on withdrawals
  • Minimum withdrawal: $100.00 USD
  • Creator account fee: $10.00 for each billable month, eligible 60 days after onboarding, subject to available balance, possible catch-up, and the current 60-day withdrawal and active brand-invitation waivers
  • Current creator-referral reward: $10.00 after the invited user's first eligible withdrawal is completed successfully
  • Current platform milestone: $10.00 per approved submission at 100,000 eligible incremental views
  • Brand payments use Whop; creator payouts use the method shown in the Service, with Talentir and a configured manual bank-transfer process currently supported

Content Rights

  • As between Promote It users and Promote It, creators retain their content and brands retain their supplied assets
  • Brands receive only the license specified in the applicable Program terms
  • If no brand license is specified, submission or payment alone does not transfer one
  • Users must have rights to all content they upload

Data Protection

  • We do not currently sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Optional browser analytics and masked replay are disabled until you allow them
  • Privacy rights are available where applicable, including access, correction, deletion, and objection
  • We use reasonable security safeguards and restricted access controls
