5. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification

6. Counter-Notification

7. Response to Counter-Notifications

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

  • Forward a copy of the counter-notification to the original complainant
  • Inform the complainant that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days
  • Restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Warning: Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts permanently terminated without refund.
