1. Overview

DOTVIDEO LLC, operating as Promote It, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Consistent with the Terms and applicable law, we may also restrict or terminate accounts for intellectual property infringement even when the user has not yet been identified as a repeat infringer. We consider the nature, severity, context, and available evidence when selecting an appropriate response.

Warning: Users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances may have their accounts permanently terminated. Any remaining balance or pending transaction is handled under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
